Q: Who attends the Lodging Conference?
A: Over the past 24 years, more than 33,000 high-powered hotel industry executives from around the globe have attended The Lodging Conference. 90% of attendees are based in the United States. We bring together the hotel industry's most influential owners, presidents, CEOs and dealmakers to strategize about development, finance, franchising, management, construction, design and operations. Over 85% of conference attendees are Presidents, CEO's or run their own company, brand or business unit.

Q: How many people do you expect to attend the conference this year?
A: We anticipate there will be over 1,900 hotel owners and senior-level executives from the industry in attendance at the 2019 Lodging Conference.

Q: What is included with my registration?
A: The registration fee of $2,295 includes full access to the General Sessions, Think Tanks, Deal Connect, 3 gourmet meals a day, refreshments, cocktails, networking events, one-on-one speed-meetings, documentation materials provided by speakers, a list of attendees, conference welcome bag & gifts and access to Lodging Connect, our online networking and communications system (your travel, accommodations, the golf tournament and hiking/biking are not included).

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Leave your suits and ties at home. Resort casual is always the appropriate dress at The Lodging Conference.

Q: I am interested in becoming a sponsor or an exhibitor, where can I find more details on sponsorship / exhibitor packages?
A: Simply send an email to brent@lodgingconference.com indicating if you are interested in sponsoring or exhibiting and we will send you all of the pertinent details.

Q: How do I make a change to my room reservation at JW Marriott Desert Ridge?
A: Simply send an email to brent@lodgingconference.com with your change request - please include the name the reservation is under and the confirmation number and please use subject line "Room change request".

Q: I cannot attend the conference this year, what are my options?
A: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If prior to July 26th, 2019 you determine that you are unable to attend the conference, your options are as follows:

1) You may receive a registration credit to the following years Lodging Conference, in which case no cancellation fee would apply
2) Transfer your registration to a colleague (you may do this without any fee prior to two weeks to the conference. If less than two weeks prior to the conference there will be a registration transfer fee of US $200). Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference and may not be made onsite.
3) Request a refund less an administrative charge of $195 (if your original transaction is more than 120 days from the date of your cancellation notice, it will no longer be able to be refunded back onto your original credit card, but rather a refund will be paid to you via check from The Lodging Conference)

All refund or credit requests must be sent in writing in to: info@lodgingconference.com prior to July 26th, 2019. No refunds or credits will be made thereafter.

Q: How do I transfer my registration to a colleague?
A: Please send an email to info@lodgingconference.com with the name of the person who is currently registered and please indicate the name, company, title, address, phone number and email for the person you would like to transfer your registration to. (you may do this without any fee prior to two weeks to the conference. If less than two weeks prior to the conference there will be a registration transfer fee of US $200). Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference and may not be made onsite.

Q: How do I rollover my registration to next year?
A: Simply send an email to info@lodgingconference.com informing us that you would like to roll over your registration and we will send you a confirmation notice.

Q: I can't seem to find my registration confirmation or my registration receipt, can you please resend it to me?
A: Yes , simply send an email to info@lodgingconference.com with your request.

Q: I am having problems with or I can't seem to access my Lodging Connect account?
A: Simply send an email to connect@lodgingconference.com and we will work to resolve the issue and/or a new password will be sent to you.
