What's Included: The registration fee of $2,495 includes full access to the General Sessions, Think Tanks, Deal Connect Afternoon, 3 gourmet meals a day, refreshments, cocktails, networking events, one-on-one speed-meetings, documentation materials provided by speakers, a list of attendees, conference welcome bag & gifts and access to Lodging Connect, our online networking and communications system (your travel, accommodations and the golf tournament/hiking and biking are not included).

The Lodging Conference 2018 Golf Classic sponsored by Sandman Savrann will take place at the Wildfire Golf Club at the JW Marriott Dessert Ridge for the morning of Monday September 24th. You must be registered for The 2018 Lodging Conference to participate in the golf tournament.

The Lodging Conference is pleased to present Lodging Conference Connect. This portal, sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank, will allow you to send messages to Lodging Conference attendees, gather information, and make appointments before and during the conference. This portal can be accessed from your smart phone, tablet or desktop computer, but of course, you must be registered for The Lodging Conference to take advantage of this powerful networking tool.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made with the Arizona Biltmore, The Camby, The Embassy Suites, Courtyard Marriott, The Homewood Suites and The Hampton Inn for participants to receive a preferred room rate. You may reserve your spot at these hotels only after you have registered for The Lodging Conference. Any unauthorized reservations will be cancelled without notice. Reserve early, space is definitely limited. Please note that registrants must make their own travel and hotel accommodations. If you cancel your conference registration, your room reservation may be automatically cancelled without notice. Room reservations may not be transferred without the express written consent of The Lodging Conference. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a reservation link. As each hotel has their own deposit and cancellation policy, please read their terms and conditions carefully before making your rooming reservation. All room reservations made without registering for The Lodging Conference can and will be cancelled without notice.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If prior to July 27th, 2018 you determine that you are unable to attend the conference, your options are as follows:

1) You may receive a registration credit to the following years Lodging Conference, in which case no cancellation fee would apply

2) Transfer your registration to a colleague (you may do this without any fee prior to two weeks to the conference. If less than two weeks prior to the conference there will be a registration transfer fee of US $200). Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference and may not be made onsite.

3) Request a refund less an administrative charge of $195 (if your original transaction is more than 120 days from the date of your cancellation notice, it will no longer be able to be refunded back onto your original credit card, but rather a refund will be paid to you via check from The Lodging Conference). All refund or credit requests must be sent in writing in to: prior to July 27th, 2018. No refunds or credits will be made thereafter.

Conference registration is transferable with written notice to: Please send an email with the name of the person who is currently registered and please indicate the name, company, title, address, phone number and email for the person you would like to transfer your registration to.

If the conference should be canceled for any reason, registrations will be rolled over to the rescheduled conference at the sole discretion of the conference producers.

TRAVELERS INSURANCE: If any part of the conference should be changed or cancelled, the conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs. As no refunds or credits will be issued after July 27th, 2018, The Lodging Conference suggests that delegates purchase travel insurance to cover prepaid, nonrefundable travel expenses such as airfare and conference registration fees in the event of flight delays caused by severe weather; illness or family emergencies; and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.
