Over the past 26 years, more than 33,000 high-powered hotel industry executives from around the globe have attended The Lodging Conference. 90% of attendees are based in the United States. We bring together the hotel industry's most influential owners, presidents, CEOs and dealmakers to strategize about development, finance, franchising, management, construction, design and operations. Over 85% of conference attendees are Presidents, CEO's or run their own company, brand or business unit.

The registration fee of $2,595 includes full access to the General Sessions, Think Tanks, 3 gourmet meals a day, refreshments, cocktails, networking events, documentation materials provided by speakers, a list of attendees and access to Lodging Connect, our online networking and communications system (your travel, accommodations, the golf tournament, hiking/biking and pickleball are not included).

Leave your suits and ties at home. Resort casual is always the appropriate dress at The Lodging Conference.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If prior to July 15th, 2022 you determine that you are unable to attend the conference, your options are as follows:

  1. You may receive a registration credit to the following year's Lodging Conference, in which case no cancellation fee would apply
  2. Transfer your registration to a colleague (you may do this without any fee prior to two weeks to the conference. If less than two weeks prior to the conference there will be a registration transfer fee of US $200). Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference and may not be made onsite
  3. Request a refund less an administrative charge of $200 (if your original transaction is more than 120 days from the date of your cancellation notice, it will no longer be able to be refunded back onto your original credit card, but rather a refund will be paid to you via check from The Lodging Conference)
All refund or credit requests must be sent in writing in to: info@lodgingconference.com prior to July 15th, 2022. No refunds or credits will be made thereafter

Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, everyone in attendance will be required to follow all health and social distancing guidelines issued by the CDC and event hosts.

Consider wearing a Facial Covering: As per the current CDC guidelines it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks indoors in public places when not eating or drinking as a precautionary measure.

Stay Home if You're Not Well: Please stay home if you are feeling sick or stay in your hotel room should you experience any symptoms after your arrival Phoenix.

Keep Your Distance: Attendees have different comfort zones. Many attendees will prefer that you elbow or fist bump. Please keep this in mind as you are moving throughout the conference.

Limited Capacity: In order to promote social distancing this year, the think tanks/breakout sessions at this year's Lodging Conference will be held in larger ballrooms, with more space between the chairs.

Outdoor Spaces: With so many great and convenient outdoor spaces at The JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort, you are of course welcome to use these spaces for your meetings and all of the meal breaks at this year's Lodging Conference will have an outdoor seating option as well. Our recreational activities including golf tournament, hiking excursion, daily yoga and pickleball tournament, are all great ways to enhance your Lodging Conference experience while having fun and networking. As always, The Lodging Conference's spectacular evening cocktail receptions will once again be outside on the beautiful resort grounds (weather permitting).

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, the venue (JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa / JWDR) has made several enhancements to cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:
  • Social Distancing Measures & Contactless Experience: Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Utilization of enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support their already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Housekeeping Services: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. JWDR will continue to provide housekeeping services daily throughout the hotel. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
  • Rooms and Room Amenities: Coffee makers are available and sanitized between every guest use. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, JWDR will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let the guest services team know. JWDR will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with JWDR a bit longer, they will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
