Simply send an email to brent@lodgingconference.com with your change request - please include the name the reservation is under and the confirmation number and please use subject line "Room change request".
Please send an email to info@lodgingconference.com with the name of the person who is currently registered and please indicate the name, company, title, address, phone number and email for the person you would like to transfer your registration to (you may do this without any fee prior to two weeks to the conference. If less than two weeks prior to the conference there will be a registration transfer fee of US $200). Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference and may not be made on-site.
Simply send an email to info@lodgingconference.com informing us that you would like to roll over your registration and we will send you a confirmation notice.

Our Lodging Connect app will launch approximately 6 weeks prior to the conference and you will receive your login info at that time. If after that, you are still having an issue connecting to the app, then simply send an email to connect@lodgingconference.com and we will work to resolve this issue and/or a new password will be sent to you.
