A Worcester Polytechnic Institute graduate in Management Information Systems, Ryan brings a data-driven approach to revenue strategy and technology deployment, with a firm conviction that high-touch guest experience and operational efficiency are not trade-offs. Leon Fisher
Chief Sales Officer
Zook Cabins
As Chief Sales Officer of Zook Cabins, Leon Fisher sits at an unusual vantage point in the nature-based lodging boom — not as an operator chasing occupancy, but as the partner behind the cabins and park models that operators, developers, and landowners are using to bring outdoor stays to market faster than conventional construction ever allowed. Founded in 2006 and rooted in Lancaster County's Amish craftsmanship tradition, Zook has quietly become a supplier to some of the most recognized locations and brands in the outdoor space. That seat gives Leon a read on the category most operators don't have: he sees demand before it shows up in anyone's bookings. He knows which design choices guests will pay a premium for, where developers are placing their next bets, and why guest experience now defines this market. A genuine lover of time spent outdoors, Leon brings both commercial sharpness and real conviction to this conversation, along with a belief that beautiful, well-designed spaces are what turn a place to stay into a place worth remembering. He's humbled to sit alongside the people who are actively reshaping this industry, and excited to add the Zook Cabins vantage point to where it goes next.
